The Institute has a full-time Training & Placement Cell, established in 2005, dedicated to guiding students towards the right career paths and job opportunities. This includes training, personality development, soft skills enhancement, and more. The cell boasts extensive connections across various industries and organizes on-campus and off-campus interviews, personality development programs (PDPs), industrial guest lectures, industrial visits, and industrial training. The T&P Cell is a well-balanced team of efficient and renowned human resource and technical professionals, combining technical skills, knowledge, and experience with responsibility and commitment. The team is led by Mr. Arvind Gupta, Chairman of Dolphin Institute; Dr. Shailja Pant, Principal; Mr. V. K. Nagpal, Director; Dr. Shruti Sharma, Coordinator of I.Q.A.C.; and Mr. Vijay Ratan Pawar, Placement Officer.

Keeping pace with the tradition of keeping words, DIBNS launched its Training & Placement Cell under the able guidance of renowned human resource and technical professionals from corporate world. The responsibility of this cell is to explore jobs and career opportunities in India and overseas and to establish strong bonds with Leading job providers, Industrial houses, medical colleges and hospitals, research centers, Govt. agencies and foreign embassies. Apart from assisting students clarifying career objectives and identifying employment opportunities this cell maintains list of jobs, vacancies and organize campus interviews, summer training programs and projects in Industries, Internship programmes in hospitals as well as seminars on personality development, writing CV, group discussions and attending Interview. The cell is also actively involved in exploring self employment opportunities for those who have entrepreneurial skills and assists them in obtaining financial assistance from banks. The students are given free access to the cell through internet round the year via email messages / WhatsApp messages. The result is before you that most of the students have already secured a lucrative job in pharmaceutical, fermentation, vaccines, food, paper and pulp, Distilleries, cosmetics, Aerosol products, herbal, hospitals, agriculture, research and academics.

Dolphin Training & Placement Cell takes initiative for the interaction with various industries, academicians, N.G.O’s etc. In this the members of placement cell participate in various workshops, seminars exhibitions, conferences to create value by passion, also the eminent specialist from Industry as well as academic area are invited to deliver the lectures on various topics to enrich the knowledge of students about latest trend, techniques of industry, and relevance of academic studies to industry.

The eminent specialist persons from various industries are invited throughout the year to give the presentations on various modern techniques adopted in various industries, about various instruments, so that student may get an opportunity to make clear their quires regarding practical aspects related to academics join the industry.

The Dolphin Training & Placement Cell is actively involved in assisting the students for internship programmes in the leading hospitals like Apollo, Fortis, Tata Hospitals, Wimhans, Rammanohan Lohia, Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute etc. The institute has tied up with the hospitals in which clinical training is provided in various.

We prepare our students more competitive according to Industrial environment, by giving practical exposure in different department of Industries like quality control, Quality assurance, stability, production formulation, Human resource so that in a short period they may aware about, different testing of raw materials, water, finished products, after sterilization, Documentation & instrumentation per CGMP guidelines required for regulatory compliance. This exercise helps in imparting the knowledge to our students, ahead of those which are treated as fresher in professional life.

 Industrial tours are organized time to time for the students, so that they become aware about Inter Departmental Practices Like, working atmosphere of industry, the system of working, various machines etc. The tours are organized not only in the industries like pharmaceutical, food, beverages, fermentation, cosmetics etc; but also in the organization like IMTECH, NDRI, ICAR, CIMAP etc.
